Enough heat to be interesting, a "medium" on Senior Roberto's heat scale. Great on beans and rice. Great in burritos (awesome on an egg & cheese burrito), mix with Salsa Fresca for added kick and body. Not too bad on Vietnamese food either. Absolutely amazing when liberally applied to ga chin nuoc mam. Instead of chopping up garlic and chilies to add to your nuoc mam dipping sauce, add a spalsh of this. And, it is a great marinade for BBQ shrimp. Mix with equal parts chicken stock or water for an enchilada sauce. Forget Tobasco, add a jigger of this to your Bloody Mary, bo-hah!
